Maxine Waters: "You cant impeach a woman of Congress!"

I am not sure if a member of Congress can or cannot get impeached (I guess this will be on my Homework-to-do list), but she can get FIRED. Anybody can get fired. Why has this opportunist been allowed to keep employed by the government for so long?

Why is this CORRUPT POLITICIAN LUNATIC still working in government? Why hasn't she been jailed? How is it that "we the people? have allowed this woman stay in power to make herself and her own, richer - while keeping the poor, poorer? WHY?

"Waters, 78, has been in Congress since 1991. She represents the 43rd District in Los Angeles – “the hood.” During her tenure, things have gotten much worse for her constituents.
